Zamboni Bed
This is a bunk bed I built for the children of a Colorado Avalanche player.
It is 12 feet long, 5 feet wide, and 6 feet high. Features include built
in storage, AM/FM radio CD player stereo system, actual Zamboni parts such as
the seat, steering wheel, front name plate, and shaver crank.
Shows hand painted logos, steps up to the cockpit area which also gains access to upper bunk. Traditional size twin mattress with custom head and foot boards Shows one of the stereo speakers, front tire (which is actually a motorcycle tire cut in half)., and genuine Zamboni name plate. This picture was taken before assembly, and shows the storage area for extra blankets and pillows that makes the top front portion of the upper platform. Shows the instrument cluster with functioning gauges, stereo, genuine Zamboni steering wheel, photocell activated night light, toggle switches, and ignition switch that produces realistic engine starting sounds.
